Puff Thick Heat Transfer Vinyl is a 3D HTV vinyl that has a very thick thickness before heat pressing and a suede touch finish after heat pressing.
Thick puff HTV is one of the types in the puff HTV series. It is very thick before hot pressing (reaching 600 to 800 microns), while the thickness of regular puff HTV before hot pressing is about 200 to 300 microns.
In addition, after hot pressing, the finishing texture of thick puff HTV is not as obvious as that of regular puff HTV.
Thick puff HTV is so thick that when cutting with a plotter you will usually need to set the blade to a deeper depth and cut as slowly as possible.
