Time: Two presses – 1 press for 3 seconds, remove carrier, let cool down. Once cooled, press agian for 8 seconds.

Note: Different heat pressing equipment and fabrics will affect the actual operating parameters, please make fine adjustments based on the actual situation.
Metallic HTV cutting settings include cutting blade, cutting force, cutting offset, and cutting speed

You can design the logo and letters using design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, or Corel Draw), cut them using an HTV cutting machine (Cricut Cutting Machine, HTVRONT Cutting Machine, Graphtec Cutting Machine), and finally heat press the metal HTV logo onto the fabric using a heat press or iron after weeding.
Metallic HTV is attached to the fabric by melting the hot melt adhesive film on the back of the vinyl through high temperature hot pressing. Therefore, there are four main reasons for not sticking:
1. The temperature is too low and the hot melt adhesive film on the back cannot be melted;
2. The heat pressing time is too short and the hot melt adhesive film on the back cannot be completely melted;
3. The hot pressing pressure is too small and the hot melt adhesive film cannot be completely attached to the fabric;
4. When encountering coated fabrics, the hot melt adhesive film cannot penetrate into the fabric.
