Before mass production, we will make samples for you and send them to you for inspection and confirmation.
Mass production is based on your order after passing the sample test. It includes production planning, material procurement, generation of production tooling and final product testing plan. According to the production efficiency of our own factory, the production time is usually 5-7 days.
You can design the logo and letters using design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, or Corel Draw), cut them using an HTV cutting machine (Cricut Cutting Machine, HTVRONT Cutting Machine, Graphtec Cutting Machine), and finally heat press the holographic iron on letters or logos onto the fabric using a heat press or iron after weeding.

Temperature: 120~140°C / 248~284°F
Time: 10~15 seconds
Pressure: medium
Peeling: cold peeling
Note: Different heat pressing equipment and fabrics will affect the actual operating parameters, please make fine adjustments based on the actual situation.
