How should we choose between different materials and types?
1. Choose based on cost
Flame-retardant photoluminescent vinyl film is both self-luminous and flame-retardant, making it an ideal material for fire signs and emergency exit signs. However, its cost is higher than PVC, making it widely used in photoluminescent signs with high requirements.
2. Choose based on flame retardant properties
For some luminous signs with high flame-retardant requirements, we must choose flame-retardant photoluminescent materials for custom processing.
3. Select according to ink absorption performance
Whether PVC, flame-retardant PVC, or acrylic, they are all compatible with screen printing and digital printing. However, PVC offers more stable and superior ink absorption.
