Chameleon HTV heat settings include temperature, time, pressure, and peeling method:
Temperature: 120~140°C / 248~284°F
Time: 10~15 seconds
Pressure: medium
Peeling: cold peeling
Note: Different heat pressing equipment and fabrics will affect the actual operating parameters, please make fine adjustments based on the actual situation.
When cutting chameleon vinyl, be sure to pay attention to the type of chameleon vinyl.
If it is Chameleon HTV vinyl, be sure to cut it in a mirror image (glossy side down).
If it is Chameleon adhesive vinyl, cut with the glossy side up.
You can use design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, or Corel Draw) to complete the design of the chameleon logo and letters, and then use an HTV cutting machine (Cricut cutting machine, HTVRONT Cutting Machine, Graphtec cutting machine) to complete the cutting. Finally, after weeding, use a heat press or iron to heat-press the chameleon HTV logo onto the fabric.
