Note: Different heat pressing equipment and fabrics will affect the actual operating parameters, please make fine adjustments based on the actual situation.
Cutting of puff vinyl is the same as other heat transfer vinyl, it can be done with a plotter cutter, or a laser cutter.
If you are a T-shirt manufacturer, wholesaler, or distributor, we recommend using a heat press because it can set a more stable temperature and pressure.
If you are DIY or home use, we recommend using an iron without you having to invest more money.
Different finishing types of puff vinyl have different requirements for heat pressing time, please adjust your heat pressing time according to your supplier’s recommendations.
The use of Puff HTV is the same as other HTVs, which is to transfer the Puff logo to T-shirts and jumpsuits through heat pressing equipment.
However, since Puff vinyl will expand after heat pressing, it is not recommended to use it for small logos, but rather for large letters and labels.
The main reasons for wrinkles on puff vinyl are as follows:
1. The heat pressing temperature is too high. It is recommended to reduce the heat pressing problem
2. Before heat pressing, please cover the puff logo with a cover sheet
The main reason why the puff vinyl does not puffing is that the heat pressing temperature is too low. It is recommended to increase the heat pressing temperature and test again (according to our experience, it is about 150°C / 302°F)
